На підставі підпункту 2 пункту 19 постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 року № 1178 погодження зміни ціни за одиницю товару в договорі про закупівлю у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, що відбулося з моменту укладення договору про закупівлю або останнього внесення змін до договору про закупівлю в частині зміни ціни за одиницю товару.
