Сторони керуючись нормами чинного Законодавства, уклали цю додаткову угоду до договору №27 від 01.02.22 р. про таке: 1. Сторони домовились викласти п. 1.2. в наступній редакції: "1.2. Кількість товару: 182,027 т". 2. Сторони домовились викласти п. 5.1. в наступній редакції: "5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: з 03.02.2022 р. до 30.09.2022 р.". 3. У зв'язку із коливанням ціни товару на підставі п.п. 13.2.2 Договору викласти Додаток 1 Договору в наступній редакції: Додаток 1 до Договору про закупівлю товару №27 від 01.02.2022 року Специфікація найменування товару - торфові брикети 20,7 т (2020,00 грн. без ПДВ; 2424,00 грн. з ПДВ); торфові брикети - 161,327 т (2220,00 грн. без ПДВ; 2664,00 грн. з ПДВ). Всього: 479952,00 (чотириста сімдесят дев'ять тисяч дев'ятсот п'ятдесят дві грн. 00 коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ 79992,00 грн.
