На підставі п.3.3 Договору № 15-02/1 від 15.02.2021р. та згідно п.2 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв’язку зі збільшенням середньої споживчої ціни на картоплю по Черкаській області, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків та відповідно зменшити обсяг закупівлі на 738,8 кг та ціну Договору на 1,33 грн (одна гривня 33 копійки).

Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі та суму Договору № 15-02/1 від 15.02.2021р. на 42,99 грн. та внести зміни, виклавши п.3.1. Договору в новій редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить: 99 795,68 грн. (дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч сімсот дев’яносто п’ять гривень 68 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ - 16 632,61 грн.»
