Керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: «Зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі» та на підставі Експертного висновку про вартість від 17.07.2019 р. № ОИ-5092 виданого Запорізькою торгово-промисловою палатою, що підтверджує коливання ціни товару на ринку у бік зменшення, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору. Та викласти її в новій редакції Додаток 1 до Договору від 04.04.2019 №124.
