1. На підставі частини 6 статті 41 Закону, Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити суму договору на 295837,00 грн. ( двісті дев’яносто п’ять тисяч вісімсот тридцять сім гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ , що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю,укладеному в попередньому році.
2. Внести зміни до п. 3.1 Договору № 83 від 15. 03. 2021 року, виклавши його у наступній редакції:
« п.3.1 .Загальна вартість договору становить 1782982,04 грн. ( один мільйон сімсот вісімдесят двітисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесятдві гривні 04 коп) безПДВ.
