Note:
Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 3.5. основного Договору сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару - Молоко пастеризоване 2,5%, молоко згущене, не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, а також Сторони домовились внести зміни в п.3.1 основного Договору, а саме викласти наступний пункт в такій редакції: «Ціна Договору становить: 98843 грн. 60 коп. (Дев’яносто вісім тисяч вісімсот сорок три грн. 60 коп.), у тому числі податок на додану вартість – 16473 грн. 93 коп. (Шістнадцять тисяч чотириста сімдесят три грн. 93 коп.)».

В зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків та на підставі п.1.4, п.3.2 основного Договору, сторони домовились внести зміни в п.3.1 основного Договору, а саме викласти наступний пункт в такій редакції: «Ціна Договору становить: 88887 грн. 95 коп. (Вісімдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят сім грн. 95 коп.), у тому числі податок на додану вартість – 14814 грн. 66 коп. (Чотирнадцять тисяч вісімсот чотирнадцять грн. 66 коп. )».
