Планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях: Січень - Лютий 7,534 Березень 4,624 Квітень 1,935 Травень - Червень - Липень - Серпень - Вересень - Жовтень 2,161 Листопад 5,441 Грудень 5,800. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і складає 276721,97 грн. (двісті сімдесят шість тисяч сімсот двадцять одна гривня 97 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 46120,33 грн. (сорок шість тисяч сто двадцять гривень 33 коп.)
