Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк,достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку на підставі ч. 5 ст.36 Закону України "Про державні закупівлі". Пункт 10.2. розділу 10 "Строк дії договору" доповнити наступним реченням: "Дія договору про закупівлю продовжується на строк,достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного 2019 року по 31.03.2019 року"

Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк,достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку на підставі ч. 5 ст.36 Закону України "Про державні закупівлі". Продовження дії договору по 31.03.2019. Загальна вартість цієї додаткової угоди складає 63492,00 грн. у тому числі ПДВ,що не перевищує 20 % від вартості Договору № ХБТ-13/03/18 від 20.03.2018 року.
