В звязку з ухвалою, прийнятою на пленарному засіданні 7-ї сесії 8 скликання Львівської міської ради «Про концепцію розвитку галузі охорони здоров’я на території Львівської міської територіальної громади» від 17.06.2021 р. № 907 з 04.01.2022 р. припинено діяльність Комунального некомерційного підприємства «3-я міська клінічна лікарня м. Львова» та Комунального некомерційного підприємства «Пологовий клінічний будинок №1 м. Львова» шляхом злиття та реорганізації в Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Львівське клінічне територіальне медичне об’єднання акушерства та гінікології», до якого перейшли всі права та обов’язки реорганізованої юридичної особи у відповідності до чинного законодавства, сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору №23 п. від 27.05.2021 року шляхом укладення Додаткової угоди в частині зміни реквізитів, в звязку з вищенаведеним.
