Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VIII (із змінами та доповненнями) Сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі (з урахуванням змін внесених додатковими угодами до договору) - до 31.03.2019 р., але в будь-якому випадку до повного його виконання сторонами.
