Керуючись пунктом 4.4.11. Кодексу комерційного обліку електричної енергії, затвердженого постановою НКРЕКП від 14.03.2018 № 311 (далі - Кодекс), вимогами Постанови НКРЕКП від 10.12.2024р. за №2079 «Про внесення змін до Тимчасового порядку визначення обсягів купівлі електричної енергії на ринку електричної енергії електропостачальниками та операторами систем розподілу на перехідний період (далі Порядок) на виконання якої, з метою врегулювання розбіжності (зокрема, суперечності) між нормами Кодексу та Порядку зобов’язано операторів системи розподілу (ОСР) за місцем провадження ОСР ліцензованої діяльності з розподілу електричної енергії перевести площадки вимірювання з групи «б» до групи «а» та на підставі листа AT «Чернівціобленерго» №17/3-02/3567 від 27.12.2024 р., сторони домовились про наступне. 1. Пункт 1 Додатку №2 Договору доповнити абзацом наступного змісту: «Починаючи з 01.01.2025р. ціна за одиницю Товару (Ц) для площадки(ок) (точки(ок)) вимірювання ЕІС 62Z23 81071682499 визначається за підсумками розрахункового періоду (місяця) з урахуванням індивідуального фактичного графіку споживання Замовником по групі «а», за такою формулою: Ц = (К * Ца + Тосп + М) * 1,2,
