. Відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.10.3 до Договору, Сторони погодили продовжити дію договору №68 від 02. 04. 2018 року та викласти п. 10.1 в наступній редакції:
Дія Договору про закупівлю продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у цьому договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме до 31.03.2019 року.
