Note:
Для покращення якості робіт на підставі п.3 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовилися внести зміни до локального кошторису та договірної ціни .
У зв'язку з виробничою необхідністю на підставі п.4 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились внести зміни в терміни виконання робіт.
(причина "зменшення обсягів закупівлі" обрана для того ,щоб технічно змінити суму).
