Відповідно п.17.1, п. 17.2 договору №32 від 27.04.2021 року та п.4 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», в зв’язку з затримкою фінансування витрат замовника , сторони уклали додаткову угоду №1 до даного договору про нижченаведене:
1.Сторони домовились внести зміни в п.18.2. розділу XVIII. «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» та викласти в слідуючій редакції:
«П. 18.2. Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання і скріплення печатками Сторін та діє до 30.09.2021 року, або до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань. Закінчення строку Договору не звільняє Сторони від відповідальності за його порушення, яке мало місце під час дії Договору».
