Note:
1. Виконавець зобов’язується надати послуги в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 73/9-21 від 06.09.2021 року в період з 01 січня 2022 року по 31.03.2022 року включно.
2. Початкова сума вартості Договору № 73/9-21 від 06.09.2021 року на момент підписання даної угоди становить 63 800,00 гривень з ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2022 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 12 760,00 гривень у тому числі ПДВ 2126,66 гривень.
3. Кількість/обсяг наданих послуг згідно п. 3.3. Договору № 73/9-21 від 06.09.2021 року з урахуванням змін становить 77 м3 з яких 22 м3 обсяг на 2022 рік (на час дії цієї додаткової угоди).
