3. Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі природного газу на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього Договору, а саме 36164,71 грн. (Тридцять шість тисяч сто шістдесят чотири грн. 71 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ – 20% та викласти пункт 3.6 Договору у наступній редакції:
«3.6. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 216988,26 грн. (Двісті шістнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот вісімдесят вісім грн. 26 коп ), у т. ч. ПДВ – 20%.».
