Changing the conditions in relation to extension of the contract period, which is sufficient for the procurement procedure at the beginning of next year, to the volume that it does not exceed 20% of the amount specified in the contract, drawn up in the previous year, if these spending approved in the prescribed manner
Note:
Згідно пп. 1 п. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» за № 922-VIІІ від 25.12.2015р. зі змінами (далі – Закон), по вимогам якого був укладений та діє Договір, Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача. Згідно п. 6 ст. 41 Закону, Сторони домовилися продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, а саме до 28.02.2022р.

(далі- Закон), по вимогам якого був укладений та діє Договір, та згідно п. 8.3 Розділу8 «Строк дії Договору» Договору, Сторони домовилися продовжити дію вказаного договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, а саме до 28.02.2022 р. в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі
