Сторони домовились, що в зв’язку із проведенням децентралізації, згідно розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України №1635-р від 16 грудня 2020 року «Про реорганізацію та утворення районних державних адміністрацій», утворенням нового органу державної влади, Чернівецької районної державної адміністрації Чернівецької області (Код ЄДРПОУ 44090800), яка являється правонаступником колишньої Глибоцької районної державної адміністрації Чернівецької області (код ЄДРПОУ 04062104) (Глибоцька РДА відповідно до структури, яка затверджена відповідно до розпорядження Глибоцької РДА від 24.10.2019 року за №33-ОС, є правонаступником структурного підрозділу відділу освіти, культури, молоді та спорту Глибоцької РДА (Код ЄДРПОУ 02147300), який створено шляхом реорганізації Управління освіти Глибоцької РДА(Код ЄДРПОУ 02147300)), та відповідно ст. 104, ст..106 ст.512 ст.629 Цивільного кодексу України, Замовником робіт по об’єкту «Реконструкція з добудовою корпусів загальноосвітньої школи І-ІІІ ступенів та дошкільного навчального закладу на 450 місць (350 учнівських та 100 місць дошкільного віку) в с. Кам’янка Глибоцького району Чернівецької області» (ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2019-08-13-000002-a) в подальшому буде виступати Чернівецька районна державна адміністрація Чернівецького району Чернівецької області, в особі голови Козарійчука Дмитра Васильовича, який діє на основі Закону України «Про місцеві державні адміністрації». Вартість не виконаних підрядних робіт складає 16197285,60 (шістнадцять мільйонів сто дев’яносто сім тисяч двісті вісімдесят п’ять грн.. 60 коп. грн.)
