У зв’язку з неможливістю подальшого виконання зобов’язань в частині постачання електричної енергії Споживачу за Договором № № 21/01-41 від 06 січня 2021 року (далі - Договір), яке пов’язаного з різким коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії в бік збільшення, а також неможливістю підвищення ціни Договору за одиницю товару (електричної енергії) в межах Закону, Сторони дійшли згоди достроково розірвати (припинити) Договір з « 17 » серпня 2021 року. В частині здійснення розрахунків Споживачем за фактично спожиту електричну енергію – Договір діє до повного виконання зобов’язань.
