П 2.1. розділу ІІ "Розмір плати за послуги" викласти у наступній редакції: Тарифи на послуги встановлюються уповноваженим законом державними органами і становлять:
- з 01.01.2021 р. : за 1 м3 13,34 грн. без ПДВ, при цьому ПДВ складає 2,668 грн., разом з ПДВ 16,008 грн;
- Згідно з Постановою № 956 від 09.06.2021 р. НКРЕКП тарифи на послуги з централізованого водопостачання з 01.07.2021 р. за 1 м3 15,98 грн. без ПДВ, при цьому ПДВ складає 3,196 грн, разом з ПДВ 19,176 грн.
Сума договору складає 601 грн. 30 коп. (шістсот одна грн. 30 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ - 100,22 грн.
