Згідно п. 1 ст. 651, та п. 2 ст. 652 Цивільного кодексу України та керуючись п. 11.8. Договору про закупівлю № 306 від 20 грудня 2021 р., відповідно до якого: «Будь-які зміни і доповнення до даного Договору дійсні лише за умови, що вони здійснені в письмовій формі і підписані уповноваженими на те представниками Сторін. Взаємовідносини між Продавцем та Покупцем можуть уточнюватись на основі двосторонніх угод до цього Договору»:
1. Продовжити строк дії Додаткової угоди № 2 від 21.01.2022 р до договору № 306 від 20 грудня 2021 року до 30.11.2022 року.
2. Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовились розірвати Договір про закупівлю № 306 від 20 грудня 2021 р.
3. Зменшити суму виконання Договору про закупівлю № 306 від 20 грудня 2021 р на 12397 гривень 70 копійок в тому числі ПДВ 2066 гривень 28 копійок.
