У зв’язку з повідомленням від Постачальника про зняття з виробництва товару – Лінолеум JUTEKS FlashWenge 990D, клас 21, 3,5 м ; Лінолеум JUTEKS FlashWenge 990D, клас 21, 4 м, який зазначений у специфікації до Договору, та неможливість його постачання, Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору. З метою належного виконання умов договору та відповідно до частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони погодили заміну зазначеної моделі товару на еквівалент з аналогічними технічними характеристиками та призначенням. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до пункту 1.2. СПЕЦИФІКАЦІЯ розділ «1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору та викласти у наступній редакції : Лінолеум Start SANTIAGO 3,5 м – 44 м2 (400,00 грн за метр квадратний); Лінолеум Start SANTIAGO 4 м – 24 м2 (463,00 грн за метр квадратний). Загальна сума договору 19512,00 грн.
