Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25 грудня 2015 року (зі змінами та доповненнями) Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, сума договору після внесення змін становить 2365520 грн., кількість після внесення змін - бензин А-95- 51790 літрів, дизпаливо - 31 000 літрів.
