Згідно додаткової угоди №3 від 27.01.2022 р. загальну ціну договору збільшено на 280359,62 грн. з ПДВ (на січень 2022 р.), що становить 18,12% від суми договору (п. 3.3. договору); в пункті 1.4. договору встановлено очікуваний обсяг постачання теплової енергії у січні місяці 2022 року в розмірі 158 Гкал. Після зазначених змін загальна ціна договору становить 1827660.84 грн з ПДВ., а загальний прогнозований обсяг постачання теплової енергії після внесених змін -1030 Гкал.
