Керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до пунктів 1.3., 3.3., 11.1., 11.2., 11.3. Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягів закупівлі товару у 2022 році, а саме на 17 643,78 грн (сімнадцять тисяч шістсот сорок три гривні 78 копійок).
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 882 367,22 грн (вісімсот вісімдесят дві тисячі триста шістдесят сім гривень 22 копійки), без ПДВ, з них:
- зобов’язання на 2021 рік становить 757435,00 грн (сімсот п’ятдесят сім тисяч чотириста тридцять п’ять гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ (ставка ПДВ – 0%);
- зобов’язання на 2022 рік становить 124 932,22 грн (сто двадцять чотири тисячі дев’ятсот тридцять дві гривні 22 копійки), без ПДВ.»
