В зв’язку з документальним підтвердженням об’єктивних обставин, а саме запровадження на території Одеської області обмежувальних протиепідемічних заходів, передбачених для «червоного» рівня епідемічної небезпеки згідно Протоколу № 5 позачергового засідання комісії з техногенно-екологічної безпеки та надзвичайних ситуацій від 22.03.2021р., Постанови КМУ № 1236 від 09.12.2020р. «Про встановлення карантину та запровадження обмежувальних протиепідемічних заходів з метою запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2», та відповідно до пп.4 п.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі та п.8.5 дійсного Договору, Сторони домовилися продовжити строк виконання робіт по Договору до 30.04.2021р.
