Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю № 3360/266 від « 21 » лютого 2018 р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на суму:48279,36грн. (сорок вісім тисяч двісті сімдесят дев’ять грн. 36коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ.

У зв'язку з технічною помилкою допущеною при публікації додаткової угоди про продовження дії договору, в обсязі що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, на суму 48279,36 грн з ПДВ, а саме не внесення змін до суми договору, такі зміни вносяться повторно задля усунення розбіжностей та приведення умов договору у відповідність.
