В зв’язку з обмеженістю фінансування видатків на енергоносії та необхідністю зменшити зареєстровані юридичні зобов’язання.
Також, в результаті відносно теплої зими протягом лютого-квітня 2019 року нами спожито менше природного газу, ніж заплановано на відповідний період. У зв`язку з вищенаведеним, досягнуто згоди зменшити плановий обсяг закупівлі на 6 тис. куб.м.
Вивільнені асигнування (66798,40 грн.) планується розподілити на оплату видатків на інші енергоносії.
