керуючись пп.4 ч. 5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25 грудня 2015 року, який діяв на момент укладення Договору про закупівлю уклали цю Додаткову угоду до Договору № 9292 від 13.11.2020 року (далі по тексту- Договір), п. 8.4 Договору, з огляду на відсутність фінансування для виконання Договору у 2023 році, Сторони погодили підписати цю Додаткову угоду до Договору про наступне: 1. Продовжити строк дії договору про закупівлю та строк виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання послуг, у зв’язку з виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин (відсутність фінансування), що спричинили таке продовження, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю. Відповідно погодили: 1.1. Внести зміни в п. 2.2. Розділу 2 Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: «2.2. Загальна вартість робіт, що підлягають виконанню за Договором, визначена на підставі твердої договірної ціни і становить: 53321,47 гривень (П’ятдесят три тисячі триста двадцять одна гривня 47 копійок) без ПДВ. Вартість виконаних та профінансованих робіт у 2020 р. становить: 0 грн. (Нуль гривень). Загальна вартість робіт (послуг), що підлягають виконанню за Договором у 2021р. становить: 17735,35 гривень (Сімнадцять тисяч сімсот тридцять п’ять гривень 35 копійок) без ПДВ. Загальна вартість робіт (послуг), що підлягають виконанню за Договором у 2022р. становить: 7736,49 гривень (Сім тисяч сімсот тридцять шість гривень 49 копійок) без ПДВ. Загальна вартість робіт (послуг), що підлягають виконанню за Договором у 2024 р. становить: 27849,63 гривень (Двадцять сім тисяч вісімсот сорок дев’ять гривень63 копійки) без ПДВ» 1.2. Доповнити Договір Додатком 5 «Кошторис на 2024 р.» (додається). 1.3. Внести зміни в п.3.1. Розділу № 3 Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: «3.1. Строк надання послуг: до 31.12.2024 р.» 1.4.
