У зв’язку із опискою в тексті Додаткової угоди №4, укладеної 27.01.2021 року, а саме: в п. 1.1 не вірно вказана сума на яку збільшується сума, визначена у Договорі, до якого вноситься зміна. Повідомлення про внесення змін до Договору №165-б та зміни до договору, передбачені ч.6 ст.41 закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції від 19.04.2020 р.) вже опубліковані в електронній системі закупівель, а тому, з метою виправлення помилки, виникла необхідність у повторному внесенню змін до Договору №165-б, укладеного 18.03.2020 року з КП «Зелене будівництво»
Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (у редакції до 19.04.2020 р.) у 2021 році сума Договору №165-б збільшена на 840 000 грн. 00 коп. та становить 8 462 647 грн. 98 коп. (з ПДВ).
