У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків, на підставі п.1 частини четвертої ст.36 ЗУ « Про публічні закупівлі» № 922 від 25.12.2015 року із змінами Cторони дійшли згоди внести до Договору на постачання природного газу для непобутових споживачів № 41AB697-119-19 від 04 лютого 2019 року наступні зміни: Викласти в наступній редакції п. 1.2: "Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу – до 19,940 тис.куб. м.". Планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях (п. 1.3 Договору) змінено та викладено у новій редакції. Пункт 3.6 Договору змінено та викладено в редакції наступного змісту: «Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором, та становить без ПДВ 208648,26 грн., ПДВ 20% - 41729,65 грн., разом з ПДВ 250377,91 грн. (двісті п’ятдесят тисяч триста сімдесят сім грн. 91 коп.).
14. Сума договору після внесення змін - 250377,91 грн. ( в тому числі ПДВ- 41729,65 грн.)
15. Кількість товарів або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг після внесення змін - 19,940 тис.куб. м.
