Сторони прийшли до згоди внести зміни до п.3.3 Розділу ІІІ. Ціна постачання природного газу у наступній редакції: "3.3 Ціна, зазначена в п. 3.2. Договору, може змінюватись протягом дії Договору. Зміна ціни узгоджується шляхом підписання додаткової угоди до цього Договору.Ціна газу включає витрати Постачальника на транспортування магістральними трубопроводами, відповідно до тарифів затверджених НКРЕКП".
Умови цієї додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між сторонами, що виникли до її укладання. а саме з 01.04.2018р., відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України
