Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення обсягів товару по Договору № 434 від «28» серпня 2019 р. на закупівлю товару «М’ясо» ДК 021:2015:15110000-2 Свинина, а саме: свинина на 388,000 кг до 2328,000 кг.
Збільшити суму Договору № 434 від «28» серпня 2019 р. на 36782,40 грн. з ПДВ.
