1. Керуючись пунктом 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції до 19.04.2020), пунктом 6 розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про
публічні закупівлі» та умовами Договору, Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2022 році в обсязі, що не перевищує
20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме до 31.03.2022 р. в обсязі на суму 23960,00 грн. без ПДВ.
2. Дана угода набуває чинності з дати підписання її сторонами та є невід’ємною частиною договору № 04/03 від 04.03.2021 р.
