Фактичний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 01.01.2022-31.01.2022 за ПРИВАТНЕ АКЦІОНЕРНЕ ТОВАРИСТВО "ДТЕК КИЇВСЬКІ РЕГІОНАЛЬНІ ЕЛЕКТРОМЕРЕЖІ" як оператора системи розподілу/передачі стоновить: 3 767 кВт*год. Вартість за цим Договором визначається як фактична вартість обсягів постачання електричної енергії становить: 20 997,80 грн з ПДВ. Цей договір набирає чинності за фактом стоживання електричної енергії відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України з 01.01.2022 року та діє до 31.12.2022 року, а в частині постачання електричної енергії по 31.01.2022 року (включно), але в будь якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобовязань за Договором.
