Замовник та Учасник, відповідно до проведеного аналізу виконання договору відповідно п. 1.4.1 Розділу 1 Договору № 6 від 22.01.2019 р. - ДК 021:2015: 15610000-7 Продукція борошномельно-круп'яної промисловості (гречка, манка, крупа пшенична, геркулес, пшоно, перловка, крупа ячнева, борошно пшеничне, рис облущений) домовились про зменшення обсягів закупівлі на суму – 57 258,00 грн. (п’ятдесят сім тисяч двісті п’ятдесят вісім грн., 00 коп.) (протокол від 27.12.2019 р.).
Сума виконаних зобов’язань на момент укладання даної додаткової угоди – 626 542,00 грн.
Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 696 542 грн. (шістсот дев’яносто шість тисяч п’ятсот сорок дві) грн. без ПДВ
Ціни на товар встановлюються в національній валюті України.»
