Відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII сторони вирішили змінити ціну за одиницю товару, що встановлена в Договорі № 119 від 26.05.2017 року на 10 % вище ціни, зазначеної в специфікації № 1 від 26 травня 2017р. до договору № 119 від 26 травня 2017р.
Зазначена зміна вартості товару не призводить до збільшення суми Договору, визначеної в договорі, але коригує кількість товару у сторону зменшення.
