Note:
1. Доповнення Договору пунктами 2.4. та 2.5. в наступній редакції: «2.4. Річна замовлена потужність на 2020 р. Складає 1006,05 куб.м. 2.5. Загальна сума вартості цього Договору становить без урахування ПДВ – 623,75 грн., ПДВ (20%) – 124,75 грн., всього з ПДВ – 748,50 грн.». 2. Внесення змін у пункт 6.2. Договору та доповнення його абзацом 2 наступного змісту: «Тариф за послуги з розподілу природного газу за 1000 куб.м. складає: - «З 01.01.2020 без урахування ПДВ – 550,00 грн., ПДВ (20%) – 110,00 грн., всього з ПДВ – 660,00 грн.» - «З 01.07.2020 без урахування ПДВ – 690,00 грн., ПДВ (20%) – 138,00 грн., всього з ПДВ – 828,00 грн.» 3. Доповнення розділу XII ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України. 4. Доповнення розділу VI «Порядок розрахунків» пунктом 6.9 відповідно до ст.48 Бюджетного кодексу України.
