У зв'язку із зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони, керуючись пунктом 1 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктами 10.4., 10.4.1., 10.7. Договору, вирішили внести зміни у пункти 1.2., 3.4. Договору, а також у Додаток 1 і Додаток 2 до Договору. Так, плановий обсяг постачання газу на 2018 рік складає 190 тис. м. куб, а загальна ціна Договору становить 1 957 000,00 гривень (з ПДВ).
