Note:
1 „ Постачальник приймає на себе зобов’язання виготовити та поставити Товар Код ДК 021:2015 (CPV) - 34740000-6-обладнання для повітряних і космічних літальних апаратів, тренажери, симулятори та супутні деталі.
2. Ввести в дію Специфікацію Додаток № 1 до Додаткової угоди № 1 від 27.11.2020 р. (Додаток № 2 до Контракту № 79/19 від 30.07.2020 року) на суму 98 400,00 доларів США (дев’яносто вісім тисяч чотириста доларів США, 00 центів).
3. Загальна вартість Контракту № 79/19 від 30.07.2020 р. згідно вартості Додатку № 1 та № 2 складає 228 640,00 доларів США (двісті двадцять вісім тисяч шістсот сорок доларів США, 00 центів).
4. Пункт 11.1. Контракту № 79/19 від 30.07.2020 року читати в наступній редакції:
«11.1. Даний Контракт набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2021 року. В частині гарантійних зобов’язань Контракт діє до повного виконання гарантійних зобов’язань на Товар».
5. Умови, не передбачені даною Додатковою угодою № 1 від 27.11.2020 р., визначаються Контрактом №79/19 від 30.07.2020 року.
6. Дана Додаткова угода № 1 складена в 2 (двох) автентичних примірниках на українській та англійській мовах, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін. У випадку розбіжностей, текст на англійській мові має пріоритет.
7. Дана Додаткова угода являється невід’ємною частиною Контракту № 79/19 від 30.07.2020 року.
