На підставі п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII , за взаємною згодою Сторін у зв'язку із зменшенням видатків Споживача, Сторони уклали додаткову угоду №4 від 24.12.2020р. по договору від 01.04.2020року №8819 про постачання електричної енергії згідно бюджетних призначень зменшення суми договору на 6 490,11 грн. (шість тисяч чотириста девяносто гривень 11 копійок. Загальна сума даного договору на момент підписання даної додаткової угоди становить 44 823,60 ( сорок чотири тисячі вісімсот двадцять три гривні 60 коп.
