На потребу 2023 року, закупівля проводиться за кошти місцевого бюджету відповідно до Постанова Кабінету Міністрів Українивід 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування»
Зміни та доповнення до Договору споживача про надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії № 230033 від 26.01.2021 року, а саме: п. 2.3. Споживач оплачує за розподіл електричної енергії згідно з умовами глави 5 цього Договору. П 2.4. Очікуваний обсяг послуг з розподілу електричної енергії на 2023 рік становить 70000 кВт/год. П. 5.6. Вартість послуг за цим Договором визначається як сума очікуваної вартості обсягу розподілу електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у п. 2.4. цього Договору та становить:129014,76 гривень, у т.ч. ПДВ. Всі інші умови Договору, залишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
