На підставі постанови Кабінету міністрів України № 240 від 02.07.2014 року "Про питання декларування зміни оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби" , наказу Міністерства охорони здоров"я України № 601 від 18.03.2019 року "Про декларування зміни оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби станом на 06 березня 2019 року та внесення їх до реєстру оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби" та керуючись п.7ч.4 ст 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", відповідно п.5.3 розділу 5 цього договору у зв'язку із збільшенням регульованої ціни на Тиопентал лиоф.д/р-ра д/ин.1*фл.
