Керуючись підпунктом 5 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони погодили зменшити ціну Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії № М-Б/2021/08 від 06 січня 2021 року (далі - Договір), на 13968 гривень 90 копійок (тринадцять тисяч дев’ятсот шістдесят вісім гривень 90 копійок) у зв’язку з чим: 1.1. абз. 1 п. 5.4. Розділу 5 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «5.4. Ціна електричної енергії за цим Договором визначена відповідно до Специфікації Товару (Додаток 2 до цього Договору) з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у пункті 2.2. цього Договору, та становить: 388247 грн. 10 коп. (триста вісімдесят вісім тисяч двісті сорок сім грн. 10 коп.) з ПДВ, у тому числі: сума кошторисних призначень складає - 368024 грн. 00 коп. (триста шістдесят вісім тисяч двадцять чотири грн. 00 копійок) з ПДВ; сума відшкодування від орендарів складає – 20223 грн. 10 коп. (двадцять тисяч двісті двадцять три гривні 10 копійок) з ПДВ.
