Відповідно до пункту 3 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” (зі змінами) (в частині покращення якості предмета закупівлі) та пунктів 2.4, 10.3 Договору від «13» серпня 2018 року № 19 Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовились внести зміни до цього Договору. 1. Пункт 1.2 розділу І. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ викласти в наступній редакції: “1.2. Пункт 5.1 розділу V. ПОСТАВКА (ПЕРЕДАЧА) ТОВАРУ викласти в наступній редакції: “5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: до 31.08.2018 р.”
