Note:
1. У зв’язку зі скороченням обсягу послуг відповідно до п.12.1.1. розділу 12. «Інші умови» Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору на 36 000,00 грн. (Тридцять шість тисяч грн. 00 коп.) п. 3.2 Розділу 3 «Сума договору» в новій редакції:
3.2. Сума договору становить 108 000,00 грн. (Сто вісім тисяч грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 18 000,00 грн.
Додаток 3 «Калькуляція» викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
Додаток 4 «План фінансування» викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
2. Відповідно до п.12.3 розділу 12 «Інші умови» сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.2.3. Розділу 2 «Місце та строк надання послуг» та викласти в новій редакції Додаток 1 «Технічні вимоги», що додається.
2.3. Строк надання послуг: з 01.10.2021р. до 31.12.2021 року.
