1. У зв’язку з необхідністю проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі. 2. Загальна вартість цієї Угоди становить 206 539,01 грн. (двісті шість тисяч п'ятсот тридцять дев`ять гривень, 01 копійка), в тому числі ПДВ 34 423,17 (тридцять чотири тисячі чотириста двадцять три гривні 17 копійок). 3. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість щодо себе. 4. Дану Додаткову угоду складено у двох автентичних примірниках – по одному для кожної зі Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу. 5. Дана Угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору та набуває чинності з дати її підписання та відповідно до ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України поширює свою дію на відносини, що склалися між сторонами з 10.03.2021 року.
