В зв'язку з технічних обмежень майданчика фактичні зміни вносяться згідно додаткової угоди № 1 від 17.01.19 року (додається). Причина внесення змін вибрана така, тому що підхожої немає в переліку. 1.Додаткову угоду № 4 від 21.01.2020 року вважати помилковою та недійсною.
2.В Договорі та додаткових угодах до Договору змінити назву Постачальника з Відділу освіти, сім’ї, молоді та спорту Магдалинівської районної державної адміністрації на Сектор освіти, сім’ї, молоді та спорту Магдалинівської районної державної адміністрації.
. В зв'язку з технічних обмежень майданчика фактичні зміни вносяться згідно додаткової угоди № 5 від 24.01.2020 року (додається). Ціна додаткової угоди складає 33106,19 грн. (Тридцять три тисячі сто шість гривен 19 коп), що становить не більше 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі: ПДВ 5517,70 грн. (П’ять тисяч п’ятсот сімнадцять гривен 70 коп)
