Згідно ст. 1. На підставі п.11.3. п.п.3 Договору та Згідно ст.36 п.4 п.п. 3 Закону України про Публічні закупівлі, Сторони дійшли згоди, щодо покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
Та згідно п.11.3. п.п.2 Договору та Згідно ст.36 п.4 п.п. 2 Закону України Специфікацію до Договору про закупівлю № 03/4 від “03” жовтня 2017 року зменшити на 0,09 грн.(Нуль грн. 09 коп.) суму договору на викласти в новій редакції, що додається (Додаток № 1).
