У зв'язку із зменшенням бюджетного фінансування та обсягів закупівлі суму договору зменшити на 22300,00 грн. Пункт 3.1. Розділу ІІІ «Ціна договору і порядок розрахунків» викласти в редакції: «Ціна договору становить 82200,00 грн. (Вісімдесят дві тисячі двісті гривень), в т.ч. ПДВ-13700,00 грн. Пункт 10.3. Розділу Х "Строк дії договору" викласти в редакції: Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" дія договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у договорі на закупівлю газу автомобільного № 175 від 29.04.2020 року, що оформлюється окремою додатковою угодою.Договір набирає чинності 29 квітня 2020 року та діє до 31 березня 2021 року
